We apologize for the unexpected delay (~2 days, 11 txns) in finalizing withdrawals on the Ethereum Network from Titan Network. Our relayer service experienced unexpected downtime due to problems with our transaction fee management system. As of August 14th 11:51 GMT+9, all relevant withdrawals have been finalized. Please check your account under the “Internal Transactions” or “Token Transfers (ERC-20)” tab on Etherscan.
We will patch our service to reduce downtime and provide users with a direct way to finalize withdrawals from the Tokamak Bridge in the future. This will remove the dependency on our relayer service.
